基于复杂网络的相关理论和方法,首先建立了一个突发事件的连锁反应网络模型:a)收集近十年来的四类典型突发事件案例;b)把每一突发事件抽取为单一的节点;c)若一个事件的爆发引起了另一次生事件,则两个事件之间建立连边;d)构建突发事件的连锁反应网络模型。其次,分析了所建立的突发事件的连锁反应网络模型的网络拓扑特性,发现突发事件连锁反应网络服从无尺度分布,网络的平均路径长度为3.2,集聚系数为0.15,度相关系数为负相关。在针对突发事件连锁反应网络的拓扑特性研究的同时,以期对突发事件的应急预警与综合减灾起到辅助作用。
This paper firstly built a chain-reacting network model for emergency events based on the relevant theories and approaches of complex network: a)Collecting the cases of four typical emergencies in the last ten years; b)Representing each emergency event as a node ; c) Connecting a edge if one event was triggered by the other one; d) Constructing the network model of emergency chain-reacting. Then based on the established chain-reacting network model for emergency events, analyzed some topological characteristics. The results show that emergency events network satisfies the scale-free distribution with the average path length 3.2, clustering coefficient 0.15 and minus degree correlation. Meanwhile, according to researching on topological characteristics of the established chain-reacting network model, expected the model can play role on meeting an emergency and comprehensive calamity reduction.
