基于资源的理论表明核心能力对房地产企业获得竞争优势具有重要意义,本文比较了基于要素和基于过程的房地产企业核心能力理论,构建了基于组织知识的房地产企业核心能力模型,并在案例分析基础上,提出构建知识管理体系,评估知识管理能力,建立组织知识学习机制,挖掘隐性知识内在价值的管理策略,以提升房地产企业核心能力,促进企业获取持续竞争优势.
The resource- based theory shows that the core competence has key implications on the competitive advantage of the company. After analyzing the factorial and procedural core competence, the thesis puts forward organizational knowledge based, new constructive framework of the real estate companies. While analysis the theory in cases study, the article raises some suggestions to promote the core competence, which include developing knowledge- managing system, evaluating the knowledge management, constructing the mechanism of the organizational knowledge studying, cultivating the value of the implicit knowledge, in order to help the company to get sustainable competitiveness.
