引用近代固体物理新成就,把缺陷理论、扩散理论与析出相固溶沉淀析出与晶粒细化超细化理论相融合,提出了以稀土、碳的柯氏气团为核心的渗碳理论。在理论研究及生产实践的基础上,首次提出新的渗碳理论与技术———稀土伪双相快速渗碳理论与渗层组织的细化与超细化技术。
A new carburizing theory resulting from the formation of Cottrell atmosphere composed of rare earth(RE) and carbon during RE carburizing was put forward based on the combination of the defect,diffusion,phase precipitation and refine/ultrafine theories with the recent achievements of solid state physics.The new theory of RE fast carburizing at pseudo duplex zone and the fining and ultra-fining technology of the microstructure in carburized surface layer is put forward for the first time.
