在对内涝历史与现状调查的基础上,利用Arcgis 10.0构建下渗修正后的“雨量体积法”模型,进行“麦德姆”台风下的暴雨洪水情景模拟.结果表明:1)福州在历史上多次受到涝灾,且近期愈加频繁、严重;2)鼓楼区内涝灾害最严重,台江区较轻微,仓山区、晋安区被淹没的风险高,易内涝点多;3)内涝点分布情况与内河水系关系密切,受地形、排水系统、城市化建设影响较大.
The history and current situation of waterlogging were investigated in Fuzhou's urban area. With the help of a model called"precipitation volumetric method"in ArcGIS 10.0, the flood scene was imitated throughout Typhoon"Matmo". The results showed that:(1)Fuzhou were waterlogged many times in history, and recent waterlogging are more and more frequent and severe.(2)Waterlogging disaster is most serious in Gulou district whereas milder in Taijiang district. Cangshan district and Jinan district are at high risks of being submerged, since they proportion much more incidental waterlogging points.(3)Distribution of Waterlogging points is close to river water system, and is influenced by topography, drainage system and urbanization construction.
