为了开展煤田火区多场耦合条件下的温度场相似试验,采用量纲分析法对构建的地下煤火热交换系统数学模型进行了相似转换,基于提出的测试火区多个热平衡态温度场来认识火区温度变化规律的研究方法,分析了地下煤火热交换系统的相似准则.结果表明:当地下煤火模型试验系统满足应力相似、材料储热相似和火源强度相似在内的10个准则数时,可实现热平衡条件下模型和原型的含内热源热-流-固多场耦合相似,并据此确定了模型与原型参数的相似关系,形成了地下煤火相似试验方案,为分析火区覆岩裂隙发育条件下地下高温区与地表热异常区的映射关系提供了实验手段.
In order to carry out coalfield fire model experiment under the condition of multi-field coupling,similarity transform for the mathematical model of heat exchange system was performed using the similarity theory.On this basis,a research approach was presented that take the temperature field of the equilibrium state to obtain the general characteristics of temperature distribution in coalfield fire areas by analyzing the characteristic of underground coal fires evolution process.Ten similarity criteria,including thermal stress similarity,thermal storage similarity and heat emission similarity were selected as the similarity criteria of underground coal fires.The similarity relationship between the model and the prototype was established.Taking a certain fire area for example,an experimental design for coal fires heat exchange system was developed to analyze the mapping relationship between underground high-temperature region and thermal surface anomalies after mining subsidence cracks have developed.
