The paper examines the degree of adaptability between the cooperative partners of project collaborative innova- tion, the ability of project collaborative innovation and the mechanism of project collaborative innovation and establish a set of evaluation index system of the performance of project collaborative innovation, which aim to evaluate the level of re- search project collaborative innovation and make feedbacks, thus provide references to the project management enterprises when examining and verifying the utility of project collaborative innovation. The index system is terse and be able to cap- ture the major problems in the implementation process of project innovation. Therefore~ it could provide references to the assess of the level of project collaborative innovation. It can also be improving the collaborative performance for collabora- tive innovation main body provide reference.
