通过OM、TEM、SEM和电子拉力试验机,研究了等温淬火对消失模-精铸复合铸造1Cr17钢园林喷头的显微组织与弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,1Cr17钢组织由贝氏体、马氏体和奥氏体组成。试样经300℃等温淬火后,随着时间的延长,组织中的贝氏体逐渐增多,残余奥氏体量减少。试样的弯曲强度在淬火后略有升高,等温油淬时间为4h的试样综合力学性能最好。
Effects of austempering processing parameters on microstructure and properties of LFC-investment composite casting 1Cr17 steel landscape sprinklers were investigated by means of OM(optical microscopy)、TEM(transmission electron microscopy)、SEM(scanning electron microscopy)and tensile testing.The results show that microstructure of 1Cr17 steel consists of bainite,martensite and austenite.After austempering treatment,with the increase of time,bainite in the microstructure is increased,while residual austenite is decreased.The bending strength of the sample is increased slightly after quenching,and mechanical properties of sample exhibits desirable with quench for 4h.
