The language sign tiu33 is a special sign in East-Guizhou（贵州）-Hmong Language and campare and analyses its grammar status ,word-meaning and the procedure of lexicalization.The analyses affirmed that tiu33 has been a special notional word and ist meaning of ＂这/那……范围＂（in the range of...） and has the function＇s category of modifying and confining. After grammaticalization, it become to a morpheme of word-formation even a case marker of location.
