在经强酸氧化处理的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)上修饰以苯环为核心的聚(酰胺一胺)树枝状大分子,然后以树枝状大分子修饰的碳纳米管为模板,在碳纳米管表面原位沉积PbS纳米粒子。用XRD、SEM、TEM和TGA等手段对所得MWCNT/PbS纳米杂化材料进行表征。结果表明,利用这个方法能够使PbS纳米粒子均匀修饰在碳纳米管上,纳米粒子的平均尺寸为6.5nm。采用开口Z扫描技术研究MWCNT/PbS纳米杂化材料在1064nm处的非线性光学性质。MWCNT/PbS纳米杂化材料在1064nm处的光限幅性能优于未经修饰的碳纳米管。
Fourth- generation poly (amido amine) dendrimers with a trimesyl core were grafted to strong acid - treated muhiwalled carbon nanotubes ( MWCNTs ), and the as - synthesized MWCNT - dendrimer was used as the template for in situ growth of PbS nanoparticles on MWCNTs. The resulting MWCNT/PbS nano - hybrid material was extensively characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and TGA. PbS nanoparticles with mean size of 6. 5 nm were uniformly coated on the side - wall of MWCNTs. Open aperture z - scan measurements were carried out on MWCNT/PbS nano - hybrid material to study its nonlinear optical property at 1 064 nm. The results demonstrated that the optical limiting performance of MWCNT/PbS nano - hybrid material was better than that of strong acid - treated MWCNTs.
