采用Avrami方程研究了纳米碳酸钙/聚丙烯/聚苯乙烯(nano CaCO3/PP/PS)复合材料的等温结晶动力学。研究结果表明,nanoCaCO3填充PP/PS增容共混物复合材料的结晶速率明显高于nanoCaCO3/PP/PS共混物复合材料的,而且结晶速率对结晶温度的依赖性显著降低,大分子相容剂对PP等温结晶行为的影响大于nanoCaCO3。
The Avrami equation is used to investigate the isothermal crystallization behavior of composites of polypropylene/polystyrene (PP/PS) blend and compatibilized blend filled with nano CaCO3. results show that the crystallization rate of composites of compatibilized PP/PS blend filled with nano CaCO3 is higher than that of PP/PS blend filled with nano CaCO3. The dependence of crystallization rate of composites of compatibilized PP/PS blend filled with nano CaCO3 on crystallization temperatures is remarkably lower than that of composites of PP/ PS blend filled with nano CaCO3. The effect of macromolecular compatibilizers on isothermal crystallization behavior of PP is larger than that of nano CaCO3.
