当前,基于互联网的知识生产和传播方式正在大幅度地改变着人们的学习方式和企业的管理方式,知识管理已成为教育学、心理学、管理学等多学科关注的研究热点.如何在知识开放充裕的社会提高知识的管理和转化效率,进而实现知识创新是知识管理的核心问题.香港理工大学方识华博士对此提出诸多富有启发性的观点:“知识”是知识管理的中心概念,知识管理的本质是创新,核心推动力是把常规知识捕捉出来并向潜在学习者开放,难点在于隐性知识的获取和处理,借助知识可视化软件可以降低隐性知识的处理难度.知识管理实现提高组织绩效有两种途径,一是通过构筑组织文化和建立工作流程来促进组织学习和知识共享;二是通过运用教育技术,将学习过程和资源进行设计、开发、利用、管理与评价来增强学习效果.在实践方面,香港知识管理领域经历了三个阶段的变革:从关注信息技术,到关注人力资源和企业文化,继而转向关注分类法和内容管理.香港设立了众多的知识管理研究机构、团队和奖项,为知识管理理念传播和大型企业实践提供了优势和支持,专业服务公司和知识密集型公司的知识管理实践尤为突出.未来知识管理的应用和研究将更加广泛而深入.
Currently, while the internet-based knowledge production and spreading method is dramaticallychanging the way of learning and the enterprise management, knowledge management has aroused a lot of attentionin the field of education, psychology, management science and other multi-disciplinary research. How to improvethe efficiency of knowledge management and knowledge transformation in the knowledge-open society, and hence torealize knowledge innovation, is becoming the core of knowledge management. Dr. Fong from the Hong KongPolytechnic University put forward many inspirational views. "Knowledge" is the central concept of knowledgemanagement, and innovation is the essence. The core driving force is to capture common knowledge and then toopen it to potential learners. The difficulty lies in the tacit knowledge acquisition and processing. However, with thehelp of knowledge visualization software, the processing difficulty of tacit knowledge can be slightly brought down.There are two ways to improve organizational performance by knowledge management: the first one is through theorganizational culture construction and the work process establishment, in order to promote the organization learningand knowledge sharing; the other one is through the use of education technology, to design, develop, utilize, manageand evaluate the educational resources and process, in order to enhance learning effects. Moreover, from theperspective of practice, Hong Kong has experienced three stages in the field: the focus of knowledge managementhas shifted from information technology, to the attention of human resources and enterprise culture, and then turn totaxonomy and content management. There are many research institutes, knowledge management teams and relevantawards set up in Hong Kong, providing advantage and supports for the spread of knowledge management idea andlarge enterprise practice. The knowledge management in professional services companies and theknowledge-intensive enterprise have the best practice. The application
