目的探讨生大黄粉配合刺络拔罐放血对带状疱疹的治疗作用。方法选择北京市通州区张家湾卫生院100例带状疱疹患者，随机分为对照组和针药组，每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗组，针药组给予生大黄粉外敷配合刺络拔罐治疗。治疗结束后进行临床疗效评价及疼痛、皮损、睡眠症状评分比较。结果针药组治愈45例，显效3例，无效2例，总有效率为97．9％；对照组治愈18例，显效19例，无效13例，总有效率为75．5％；两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组疼痛、皮损、睡眠症状评分比较，针药组效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论生大黄粉外敷配合刺络拔罐放血治疗带状疱疹疗效显著。

Objective To discuss the curative effect of external application of raw rhubarb powder combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy in treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 100 patients with herpes zoster in Zhangjiawan Health Center in Tongzhou District of Beijing City were randomly divided into control group and punc- ture and medication group, each group had 50 cease. Control group was given the conventional treatment, puncture and medication group was given external application of Raw Rhubarb Powder combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy. After treatment, the clinical effects were evaluated and the pain, skin damage and sleep symptom scores were compared. Results In the puncture and medication group, 45 patients were cured, 3 cases were remark- ably effective, and 2 cease were ineffective, with the effective rate of 97.9%; In the control group, 18 patients were cured, 19 cease were remarkably effective, and 13 cease were ineffective, with the effective rate of 75.5%; there were significantly differences on the effective rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the curative effects of pain, skin damage, sleep symptoms in puncture and medication group was superior to the control group with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Raw Rhubarb Powder combined with bloodletting puncture and cupping therapy has a significant curative effect in the treatment of herpes zoster.
