湿度对骨内压电信号的影响

骨疲劳裂纹的出现和自我修复被认为是引发并促进骨重建的重要原因之一。骨内产生微微裂纹后裂纹尖端部位的应力值比将会其它部位高,而且裂纹两侧的应力状态也将会发生改变,因而其压电电位也可能发生变化,确定这种电压的变化有助于了解骨内微裂纹自修复的机理。该文采用机加工切槽的方式模拟骨的微裂纹,对切槽部位的压电电压进行了测试分析。测试结果显示切槽之后电极部位的压电电位有降低的趋势,表明切槽后的电极区域上虽然裂纹尖端出现很大的正应力,但产生的压电电荷总体数量在减少,分析认为影响切槽部位压电电荷数量的主要因素不是正应力,而是切应力。

Fatigue damage is believed to play an importance role in bone remodeling.The stress near the tip of a micro-crack is much higher than the other areas.And the distribution of stress in those areas will also change due to the crack,which will result in the change of voltage in these areas owing to the bone's piezoelectric property.Hence the knowledge of the changes of the voltage will be of benefit to understanding the self-healing mechanism of bone tissues.In this paper,the piezoelectric voltages around artificial notches are investigated to simulate the micro crack in dry bones.The results show that the piezoelectric voltage decrease after a notch is cut in a specimen though the normal stress resulting from the crack around the notch tip increases sharply.Then the analysis shows that it is the shear stress instead of the normal stress that determines the quantity of electric charge near a crack tip.
