用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锂离子电池正极材料Li3V2-xCrx(PO4)3/C(x=0,0.05、0.10和0.ZO)。用XRD、SEM、充放电、循环伏安和电导率测试等方法,研究了Cr掺杂对样品的影响。样品均为单相,尽管在低倍率(0.2C)下的初始比容量随着X的增加而下降,但适量的Cr掺杂可改善循环及倍率性能。Li3V2-xCrx(PO4)3/C以0.2C和4.0C充放电的首次放电比容量分别为171.4mAh/g和130.2mAh/g,第100次循环时的容量保持率分别为78.6%和88.9%。
Li-ion battery cathode materialsLi3V2-xCrx(PO4)3/C( x = 0, 0.05, 0.10 and 0.20)were synthesized by scl-gel method. The effects of Cr doping on the samples were studied by the methods of XRD,SEM,eharge-discharge,cyclie voltammetry and conductivity test. The samples were single phase. Although the initial specific capacity at low rate(0.2 C)decreased with the increasing of x,but proper Cr doping could improve its cycle and rate performance. When charge-discharge at 0.2 C and 4.0 C, the initial specific discharge capacities of Li3 V1.90 Cr0.10 ( PO4)3/C were 171.4 mA h/g and 130.2 mAh/g, respectively, the capacity retention at the 100th cycle were 78.6% and 88.9% ,respectively.
