海上风电机组高承台群桩基础是我国首次提出并获得广泛应用的新型海上风电机组基础结构型式,该基础由桩基、混凝土承台、基础预埋环、连接件和靠泊构件等组成。在阐述基础结构总体布置及其特点的基础上,从高耸结构、大型动力设备基础和海洋工程的角度,分析了基础的工程特性和载荷分配传递体系。从水动力载荷、系统整体载荷仿真、桩基岩土力学和承台结构分析等方面,提炼出基础设计的若干关键力学问题,包括:大直径承台结构尺度和群桩影响下的承台波浪载荷分析、基于CFD技术和Bladed软件的海上风电机组-塔架-高承台群桩基础载荷分析、大直径超长钢管桩土塞效应对承载力的影响、地基基础对系统整体频率影响和承台钢筋混凝土非线性有限元分析等。
High-rise cap with multiple pile foundation for offshore wind turbines is composed of piles, concrete cap, embeded foundation ring, connecting pieces and berthing components, which is a totally new type of wind turbine foundation initially put forward by Chinese researchers and widely applied in many fields. Based on the introduction of the overall layout and characteristics of this foundation type, the load-distributed system and engineering features are analyzed taking the towering structure, large-scale dynamic equipment foundation and marine engineer factors in consideration. The key mechanical problems are summarized towards hydrodynamic loads, integral simulation, geotechnical and structural analysis, which include wave load analysis of concrete cap considering the influence of large-dimension structure and multi-piles, load analysis of offshore wind turbine-tower-high-rise cap with multiple piles foundation based on CFD and Bladed tool, influences led by soil plugging effect of large-diameter steel piles, the integral frequency change induced by soil foundation and the non-linear FEM analysis of the steel-concrete cap.
