从理论和实验两方面研究了不同磁场作用时间条件下自生Mg2Si颗粒增强复合材料中增强颗粒的径向梯度分布规律.通过实验确定了高频磁场输入功率和铸模预热温度的参数搭配为:高频磁场的输入功率为7kW左右,铸模预热温度为100℃左右.计算及实验结果表明,高频磁场的有效作用时间为23s,超过高频磁场的有效作用时间后,工艺对高频磁场的利用效率将下降.
The radial distribution of in - situ reinforcements in in -situ Mg2Si particulate MMC fabricated by electromagnetic separation process with different imposing time has been investigated theoretically and experimentally. It was verified with experiments that the processing parameters combination of the input power of the magnetic field and the preheating temperature of the casting mold should be about 7 kW and 100 % ,respectively. Both of the experimental and calculation results show that the effective imposing time of high frequency magnetic field is 23 s. Prolonging the imposing time can hardly enhance the effect of reinforcements' graded distribution.
