采用碳纤维增强环氧树脂作为某新能源汽车后纵臂轻量化的材料。针对后纵臂的力学性能要求,通过材料的选择、铺层的优化、模具设计与制造、零件的制造和性能试验等,对碳纤维后纵臂的制造工艺进行研究。结果表明,与传统的金属件相比,采用碳纤维可使后纵臂质量减轻30%,而热模压工艺适合碳纤维后纵臂的成形。
Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin is used as the material of rear longitudinal arm in a new energy vehicle for lightweighting. Aiming at the requirements of mechanical performance of rear longitudinal arm,the manufacturing process of carbon fiber rear longitudinal arm is investigated through material selection,paving layer optimization,die design and manufacturing,part manufacturing and performance tests etc. The results show that the mass of carbon fiber rear longitudinal arm is 30% less than traditional metal counterpart,and the hot moulding process is suitable for the forming of carbon fiber rear longitudinal arm.
