为保证大型物流中心建成运营后综合效益的最大化,选择一个合理优化的地理位置建造物流中心显得尤为重要。根据大型物流中心选址的基本原则、通用做法及相关影响因素,确定了物流中心选址方案评价指标体系,以此为基础运用多层次灰色综合评判理论,提出了确定物流中心选址最优方案的算法,并结合实例进行了分析验证。

In order to ensure the maximization comprehensive benefits of large lostics center after completion, it is parficularly important that selecting a reasonable and optimization location to build a logistics center. According to the basic principle, general practices and related factors influencing the site selection of large logistics center, the evaluation index system of logistics center location scheme is determined, on this basis, it is proposed that the algorithm which determines the optimal scheme of logistics center location by using multi-hierarchy gray comprehensive evaluation theory, and analyzed to verify it with the practical case.
