通过对含层间软弱夹层的单孔露天台阶模型爆破过程的高速摄像实验,在拍摄速度为每秒20 000和30 000幅条件下观测到爆破作用下爆腔的整个发展过程,得出了爆腔的推移规律:药量、含水率、抵抗线对爆腔发展规律影响不尽相同,药量因素影响最大、抵抗线因素次之、含水率因素影响最小;在爆腔成形之前均经历了约300~500μs的爆腔半径迅速增加区;相同条件下,同一时刻任何一个影响因素中增加时,爆腔半径也相应地变大,增加幅度约为:1.2~2.2倍。
By the high-speed photographic experiment on explosion process of single hole open bench blasting with weak intercalation in rock mass,under the shooting speed is 10 000 s-1 or 20 000 s-1,the process of explosion cavity was observed,the development law of explosion cavity is:the effect of charge amount,water ratio and burden is not the same,the effect of charge amount is first,the second is burden,the last is water ratio.There were about 300~500 before the explosion cavity formed,the radius of explosion cavity was increased following any one of the influencing factors,and the increasing extent was about 1.2~2.2 times.
