From the viewpoint of institutional economics, this paper analyzes the institutional transition process of the informal finance and the country economy, and the compelling institutional transition process of the informal finance and the government regulation in our country. In addition, we expatiates the transition process of the informal financial organization form in the country and the evolving path of the informal financial system in our country. At last, we make some suggestions about how to lead and standardize the informal financial development in our country.
