目的探讨骨髓型急性放射病与肠型急性放射病的救治方案差别。方法采用重组人粒细胞刺激因子(rhG-CSF)对接受8 Gy、10 Gy、15 Gy60Coγ射线照射的C57BL/6J小鼠进行救治,并对比其骨髓、胃肠受损程度。结果 rhG-CSF对8 Gy照射组救治作用良好(P〈0.05),而对10 Gy、15 Gy照射组则不能起作用(P〉0.05)。结论rhG-CSF单独用药适用于小鼠骨髓型急性放射病损伤,而对肠型急性放射病疗效不佳。
Objective To investigate difference of rescue programs between bone marrow form of acute radiation sickness and intestinal form of acute radiation sickness.Methods Irradiate C57BL/6J mice with doses of 8 Gy,10 Gy,15 Gy,and compare the degree of bone marrow and intestine damage between rhG-CSF treated or untreated groups.Results rhG-CSF is the best choice for mice who received 8 Gy irradiation(P〈0.05).However,it is not enough for 10 Gy-and 15 Gy-radiated mice(P〉0.05).Conclusion rhG-CSF could help patients of bone marrow form of acute radiation,while it’s another story for the hurts of intestinal form of acute of radiation sickness.
