目的观察精神分裂症患者MRI大脑皮层平均曲率的变化。方法对29例偏执型精神分裂症患者(病例组)和26名正常人(对照组)进行MR扫描,使用三维扰相梯度回波(3DSPGR)序列,采集高分辨率结构图像,并利用Free—surfer软件进行图像分割,得到大脑灰质皮层平均曲率;利用SPSS13.0评价两组在大脑灰质皮层平均曲率的统计学差异。结果病例组双侧额上回、额中回、额中回、额下回等区域的平均曲率较对照组减小(P均〈0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者额叶皮层平均曲率的对称性降低,可能为精神分裂症发病原因之一。
Objective To explore the changes of the mean curvature of the cortical surface in patients with schizophrenia by using MRI. Methods Twenty-nine patients with paranoid schizophrenia (case group) and 26 healthy subjects (control group) underwent MR scanning, and 3D-spoiled gradient recalled acquisition in the steady-state (3DSPGR) sequence was applied to obtain high-resolution structure image data of each subject, and the data were managed with Freesurfer software. SPSS 13.0 was used for statistic analysis. Results Compare with control group, the mean curvature of cortical surface decreased greatly in patients with schizophrenia in bilateral superior frontal, middle frontal,as well as interior frontal (P〈 0.05). Conclusion There is symmetric decreasing of the mean curvature in the frontal cortex in patients with schizophrenia, which may be one of the cause of morbidity in patients with schizophrenia.
