以多孔阳极氧化铝为模板,通过直流电沉积制备了Co纳米线阵列。XRD分析表明其具有密堆六方晶体结构和(100)择优取向。以共面波导-倒装芯片法测试了Co纳米线阵列的微波铁磁共振特性,该宽频铁磁共振测试系统测试频率范围为0~50 GHz。结果表明:该Co纳米线阵列的旋磁比为2.03×10–3GHz/Oe,零场铁磁共振频率高达10.8 GHz,有效磁各向异性场为5.3 kOe。
Co nanowire array was embedded into anodic aluminum oxide template by DC electrodeposition method. The result of X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the prepared Co nanowire array exhibit a hexagonal close packed (hcp) structure with preferred orientation of (100) plane. A broadband ferromagnetic resonance system operating in the frequency range from 0 GHz to 50 GHz, was taken to measure the microwave ferromagnetic resonance of the Co nanowire array with a coplanar waveguide using the flip-chip technique. The results show that the Co nanowire array has a gyromagnetic ratio of 2.03×10–3GHz/Oe, a zero-filed ferromagnetic resonance frequency up to 10.8 GHz and a large effective magnetic anisotropy field of 5.3 kOe.
