以TiO2陶瓷粉末为研究对象,采用间接加工方式对其进行低电压电磁压制成形,在成功压制出高密度制品的基础上,分析成形线圈及集磁器结构对粉末压实密度、制品密度和制品微观组织的影响。研究结果表明:其他放电参数不变的条件下,当放电线圈的匝数增加时,毛坯的密度增加,烧结后制品密度也增加,同时制品孔隙较少,晶粒尺寸分布较为均匀;集磁器锥度为45°时,压制密度及制品密度最高。
In this research, low-voltage electromagnetic compaction is used to compact TiO2 powders in the indirect way. After success in making high-density TiO2 products by the low-voltage electromagnetic compaction, the effects of coil and field shaper structure on the pressed density and product density have been investigated. If other processing parameters remain constant, the results have shown that, the pressed density and sintered product density increases with the turn number of coil increases, simultaneously, the pore space of product decreases and the grain size of product tends to uniform. In addition, the highest density of pressed parts and products is reached when the taper of field shaper is designed to 45°.
