Song Liu, graduate student in the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of technology Shenzhen Graduate School, China. He received his B.S. degree in communication engineering from YanShan University, China, in 2012. His current research interests include IR-UWB communication, compressive sensing. Email: lau3759@gmail.com. Shaohuo Wu, Associate professor with the Department of Electronic and Information Engineering, Harbin Institute of technology Shenzhen Graduate School, China. He received his B.A., MS., and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2003, 2005 and 2008, respectively. His current interests include compressive sensing theory and application, IR-UWB ranging and communication, rateless coding, and deep space communication.
