采用药剂法对除油后的罐底泥泥渣与浮渣油泥进行离心处理,以脱水率为指标,确定达到最佳分离效果时的操作条件。结果表明,离心转速为3000r/min,离心时间为20min,离心助剂加入体积为10m L,离心前搅拌时间为9min,处理量为4g,药剂法处理后的泥渣与浮渣油泥的最佳质量比为4∶1,在此最佳工艺条件下,脱水率可达92.17%。另外,研究表明离心前的预处理(搅拌)有助于提高油泥的脱水率。
The treatment conditions of centrifugal de-oiled sludge are investigated. As a result, the optimum operation conditions are obtained. The dehydration rate can reach 92.17% when de-oiled sludge are first stirred for 9 min before centrifugation, then centrifuged at 3 000 r/min Centrifugal for 20 rain speed, under conditions of 10 mL centrifugal additive, 4 g handling capacity and 4 : 1 of the de-oiled sludge and scum mud. In addition, it is demonstrated that stirring before centrifuging is helpful to improve the dehydration rate of oily sludge.
