为了明确马蔺子种皮乙醚提取物的化学成分组成,本文利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分析,采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对百分含量。通过检索NIST05质谱库及参考文献,从马蔺子种皮乙醚提取物中分离鉴定了47个化合物,占总色谱峰面积的82.632%。结果表明,马蔺子种皮乙醚提取物中主要的化合物类型为脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯、长链烷烃、苯醌类、酚类、甾体等,其中含量较高的成分为马蔺子甲素、马蔺子甲索异构体和马蔺子乙素。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology and the relative percentage of peak area normalization method were employed to determine the chemical constituents of ethyl ether extracts from the seed coat of Iris lactea Pall. var. chinemis (Fisch.) Koidz. seeds. After refering the NIST05 mass spectra database and documentation,47 com- pounds in ethyl ether extracts were identified ,accounting for 82. 632% of the total peak areas. The results showed that the main compounds of ethyl ether extracts were fatty acids, fatty acid esters,long-chain alkanes, benzenequinones, phe- nolic compounds, steroids, etc. ,in which, the compounds of higher content were irisquinone, pallasone B and (E) irisqulnone isomer.
