目的研究双参通冠方(SSTG)对心肌缺血再灌注模型大鼠炎症因子及血管内皮功能的影响。方法采用大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、SSTG高剂量组和SSTG低剂量组,每组8只,灌胃给药,SSTG高剂量组8 g/kg、SSTG低剂量组4 g/kg,2次/d,连续给药14 d后检测血清NO、ET的水平和心肌组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8的水平。结果 与假手术组比较,模型组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、ET水平均升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与模型组比较,SSTG低剂量组和SSTG高剂量组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、ET水平均降低,NO升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与SSTG低剂量组比较,SSTG高剂量组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、ET、NO改变更明显(P〈0.05)。结论 双参通冠方对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。其作用机制可能与抑制炎症因子反应和改善血管内皮物质释放有关。
Object research on Effect of SSTG on Myocardial lschemia Re - perfusion Pattern Rat Inflammatory Factor and Endangium Function. Method apply Pattern of Rat Myocardial Ischemia Re - perfusion dividing into groups of pseudo -operation/pattern/SSTG of high dose/SSTG of low dose:8 rats are re - perused with drug in each group; SSTG of high dose is 8g/kg and SSTG of low dose is 4g/kg, 2times/day and this goes on for 14days and then test level of serum of NO/ ET and that of TNF -cL,IL- 6 ,IL- 8 of cardiac muscle tissue. Result comparing with the pseudo -operation group the level of TNF - c~ ,IL -6 ,IL - 8 ,ET of pattern is higher, the difference has statistical significance P 〈0.05 =. comparing with pattern group the level of TNF-a ,IL- 6 ,IL- 8 ,ET of SSTG of high dose and SSTG of low dose decreases, NO in- creases. The difference has statistical significance P 〈0.05 =. comparing with SSTG of low dose group, the level of TNF -a ,IL-6 ,IL-8 ,ET and NO of SSTG of high dose is much improved. P 〈0.05 =. Conclusion SSTG has function of protecting damage of Myocardial Ischemia Re - perfusion, its mechanism and function might have relation with restraining inflammatory Factor and improvement of relief from endangium
