采用热处理软件COSMAP对H型钢的轧后控冷进行组织场数值模拟。通过模拟结果对型钢的力学性能进行分析,探明了钢材在控冷过程中组织转变机理以及控冷对钢材显微组织和力学性能的影响,最后通过实验进一步验证了模拟结果,为优化控制冷却工艺提供了理论基础。
The numerical simulation ofmicrostructure field on H steel controlled cooling after rolling carried out by using the heat treatment software COSMAP was mainly analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the mechanical properties of the steel were analyzed. Moreover, the microstructure transformation mechanism of steel in the process of controlled cooling and effect of microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel by controlled cooling can be proved. Finally, the simulation result can be verified by the experiment, and the experiment can provide a theoretical basis for further optimization of controlled cooling process.
