以有机小分子β环糊精(β-CD)为模板剂,采用水热法制备了多孔TiO2纳米粉体。利用TGA、FT-IR、XRD、BET、N2adsorption-sorption等方法对样品进行了测试和表征。研究了体系pH值、模板剂添加量等因素对合成材料的比表面及其光催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:当体系pH=1、β-CD/TiO2=60wt%时,可获得最可几孔径为4.3nm,孔径分布较窄(3—5nm),比表面积达216.2m^2·g^-1的多孔TiO2纳米粉;且该粉体具有较好的光催化效果。
Nanopomus titania powders were prepared under hydmthermal conditions by employing organic compounds β -cyclodextrin(CD) as template, and characterized by means of TGA,FT -IR,XRD,BET and N2 adsorption - sorption. The effects of the pH value and template content on the specific surface area and photocatalytic performance of porous titania were discussed. The nanoporous titania powders with most probable pore size 4. 3 nm, a narrow pore size distribution from 3 to 5 nm and specific surface area up to 216. 2 m^2·g^-1 were prepared under the pH = 1 and β - CD/TiO2 = 60 wt% conditions, and the powders have the best photocatalytic activity.
