“互联网＋”的概念正在传播到各行各业，对作为高校课程改革核心的课程资源开发提出了挑战。当前高校课程资源开发存在理念未能与时俱进，课程开发人力资源不足，实践教学基地无法满足课程资源开发的需要，现有课程资源的使用效率低，缺乏有效的制度保障和社会支持等问题。产生这些问题的原因是多方面的，本研究探讨了“互联网＋”背景下高校课程资源开发的途径。
英文摘要：
The idea of ＂Internet Plus＂ is spreading to all walks of life and raises a challenge to develop curriculum resources which is the core of universities~ curricular reform. There are some problems in the development of universities ~ curricular resources, such as the failure of i- dea renewal with the times, the insufficiency of human resources in curricular development, the inefficient use of existing curricular resources, and lack of effective institutional guarantee and social support. Practical teaching bases cannot meet the needs of curricular resource develop- ment. Based on the multiple reasons for the abovementioned problems, this paper explores the approaches for the development of curriculum resources under the background of ＂Internet Plus. ＂
