纳米材料因其具有独特的性质,广泛应用于发展具有超高灵敏度、超高选择性的电化学免疫分析方法。纳米材料的免疫标记技术是免疫分析方面研究的一个重要领域,对于提高分析方法的灵敏度与准确性至关重要。本文总结了近年来国内外纳米标记物在电化学免疫分析技术中的应用和进展情况,并对该领域的发展前景做出了展望。
Nanomaterials, due to their unique properties, are widely used for developing electrochemical immunosensors with ultra high sensitivity and selectivity. It is an important facet that the nanoparticle based biolabel dramatically enhances the intensity of the electrochemical signal and leads to ultrasensitive hioassays. This review summarizes the application principle and present development of nanoparticlelabel in the construction of electrochemical immunoassay systems, and introduces recent progress of nanomaterial-based immunoassay biosensors.
