在分析现有烧结试验方法(烧结杯试验和微型烧结试验)优缺点的基础上,介绍了一种由河北理工大学开发的、研究烧结过程的新方法——小型烧结。用扫描电子显微镜、矿相显微镜、化学成分分析、高温抗压强度等手段对烧结试样进行了检测,结果表明,小型烧结试验得到的烧结矿与唐钢生产烧结矿的显微结构、矿物组成、化学成分、抗压强度及冶金性能指标非常接近,这说明小型烧结可以很好地模拟烧结生产。
Based on the analysis of the advantages and the disadvantages of sinter pot and mini-sintering test methods, a new test method for sintering i.e. small-sintering was developed by Hebei Polytechnic University and introduced in this paper. The specimens of the products were characterized by SEM, reflex microscope, elemental analysis and high temperature pressed strength test. The results have shown that metallurgical properties of the sinter samples from small-sintering tests and Tangsteel, such as microscopic structure, mineralogical constituent, chemical composition and pressed strength were almost the same. The small-sintering tests can simulate the sintering production very well.
