目的观察肾衰宁胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床效果。方法将大连市中山区人民医院2013—01—2015-06确诊的80例DN患者随机分为联合治疗组与对照组，每组40例，两组除给予降血糖、调血脂等基础治疗外，均口服厄贝沙坦。联合治疗组在对照组的基础上采用1：2服肾衰宁胶囊。总疗程3个月，比较两组24h尿微量白蛋白定量（24hU—MA）、肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（BUN）。结果联合治疗组患者总有效率为92．5％，对照组患者总有效率为75．0％，联合治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后24hu—MA、血Cr、BUN水平均显著低于治疗前，P〈0．05；联合治疗组治疗后的24hU—MA、血Cr、BUN水平均显著低于对照组，P〈0．05。结论肾衰宁胶囊联合厄贝沙坦对早期DN疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects of Shenshuaining capsules combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 DN patients admitted to Zhongshan People＇s Hospital in Dalian from January 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group.In addition to hypoglycemic, blood lipid regulation and other basic treatment, both groups of patients received Irbesartan orally.The patients in the combined treatment group were given additional Shenshuaining capsules orally.The therapeutic course for all was 3 successive months.24 h urine microalbumin quantitation（24 h U-MA）, blood Cr and BUN were compared in between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The com- bined treatment group had a treatment total effective rate of 92.5%% ,the control group of 75%, which showed that the combined treatment group was clearly higher than the control group （P〈 0.01）.After treatment, 24 h U-MA, blood Cr,and BUN in both groups were clearly lower than before treatment（P〈0.05）.After treatment,24 h U-MA,blood Cr, and BUN in the combined treatment group were clearly lower than the control group（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Shen- shuaining capsules with Irbesartan to treat early diabetic nephropathy has significant curative effect.
