Quality evaluation of mobile reading service not only improves the utilization rate of resources in academic libraries,but also improves the efficiency of knowledge exchange.This article analyzes the studies of library service evaluation and reading service evaluation;explores the influencing factors of mobile reading service quality;and proposes a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system of mobile reading service in academic library from four aspects,including service resources,service technology,service management and service judgment.
