组织学习是国际合资企业(UV)重要的理论基础,而IJV在本质上是一种典型的合作双方的互动关系。因此,从合作伙伴间互动观点来看,合作双方为提高IJV组织学习的绩效,必须要建立良好的关系资本并有效地利用这一关系资本。通过建立在合作伙伴间关系资本的基础上设计适当的学习机制,构建了IJV组织学习的理论框架模型。
Organization learning is an important theory foundation of IJV, while IJV is an interaction relational in essence. From the interorganizational interaction perspective, in order to enhance performance within cooperation, the firms should leveraging interorgainzational relationships. their learning Based on this perspective, we think IJV can enhance organization-learning performance, through building relational capital within cooperation, designing suitable interorganizational learning mechanism. Based on this, we building IJV organization learning conception model.
