用差示扫描量热法结合Avrami方程研究了聚丙烯(PP)与马来酸酐、甲基丙烯酸甲酯双单体固相接枝物的等温结晶行为;用Arrhenius公式分析了接枝支链对PP结晶活化能的影响。研究表明:接枝支链引起PP的结晶成核和结晶生长方式发生变化。既起到异相成核作用,又阻碍了分子链的运动,降低了晶体生长速率。
The isothermal crystallization behaviour of the copolymer of polypropylene (PP) grafted with binary-monomer (maleic anhydride and methyl methacrylate) in solid phase was studied with combined with the Avrami equation. The influence of grafted side chains differential scanning calorimetry on the crystallization activation energy of PP was analyzed in terms of Arrhenius equation. The investigation has proved that the grafted side chain caused the variation in mode of crystal nucleation and crystal growth of PP. Not only act the grafted side chains as a nucleating agent, but also hinder the motion of molecular chains and therefore, reduce the growth rate of crystallites.
