根据武夷山自然保护区2种针阔混交林群落的调查资料，对2种群落乔木层的物种多样性进行了分析。结果表明，2种群落的物种多样性指数测定结果和物种重要值及群落优势度反映的一致；群落1比群落2具有较高的物种多样性，另外，与武夷山风景区比较，结果说明了武夷山自然保护区物种多样性较高；多样性指数随面积的变化而变化，说明在不受面积大小影响时，Shannon—Weiner指数能更好地反映群落的物种多样性。
英文摘要：
Species diversity in the tree layer of 2 communities was analyzed based on the data investigated from 2 mixed forests of coniferous and broadleaf in Wuyishan Nature Reserve. The major results are as follows. The results of speeies diveroity of 2 eommunities accorded with the results reflected by their speeies importance value and community dominance. The species diversity of the first community was higher than that of the second eommunity, and the analysis compared with Wuyishan Scenery District indicated that the species diversity of Wuyishan Nature Reserve was higher. When the area was not considered, the Shannon-Weiner index was better in reflecting the species diversity of community.
