针对目前公路和城市桥梁在建成后存在部分构件不可到达、检查困难、无法更换等检修方面的难题,在对桥梁检修条件现状调研的基础上,对斜拉桥、拱桥、梁桥等主要形式的桥梁在检修设施条件方面存在的问题进行梳理,从全寿命管理的角度提出桥梁检修设计的主要内容及基本原则,并给出各类桥梁巡检通道设计、非永久性构件可更换设计及结构安全永久性观测点设置的建议。
英文摘要：
Aiming at existing highway and urban bridges’deficiency of examinability,repairability and replaceability,the problems and insufficiency of inspection and maintenance facilities on main type of bridges, such as cable-stayed bridge,arch bridge and beam bridge,had been summed up systematically based on a present situation investigation.The main content and basic principal of bridge inspection and maintenance design are proposed from the lifecycle management perspective,some concrete suggestions on bridge inspection and maintenance design are also been put forward,including the design of maintenance passage,non-permanent component and permanent observation points.
