黄金埠电厂的补给水源为信江,取水方式为岸边开敞式无坝取水.采用动床物理模型试验,对黄金埠电厂补给水取水口局部区域的水流、泥沙运动及地形冲淤规律进行研究,在确保电厂取水能力的前提下预测了可能的冲淤程度,并在此基础上对取水泵房挡沙坎高程进行了优化.试验结果表明,拟建取水泵房进水口底坎接近枯水主槽河底,岸边贴流状况良好,且取水口前的断面基本没有冲淤变化,取水泵房的选址和设计合适;泵房取水流量不会影响河道枯水期通航;将泵房挡沙坎高程抬高0.5m能够最大限度地避免取水口淤积,有利于电厂取水口的安全、可靠运行.
The first stage of Huangjinbu power plant is designed to take water from Xinjiang River.The mobile-bed physical model for the intake reach has been built.Based on model tests,we study the local water and sediment transport,the erosion and siltation of the riverbed at water intakes for water recharge to the power plant.The degree of erosion and siltation that might occur is predicted on the premise to ensure the capacity of water-intaking of the power plant;and the original dashboard elevation of water pump room is optimized.Tests show that the site selection and design of water intake is suitable because the intake bottom is near to the main river channel in low water;and the cross-section in front of intake has less sedimentation.The water draw rate has no effect on navigation in low water period.Raising the elevation of dashboard for 0.5m can reduce the erosion and siltation to the greatest extent and ensure the safety and reliable operation of water intakes.
