为调节橡胶结构和改善其性能,以烯丙基七异丁基多面体齐聚倍半硅氧烷(Allyllmbutyl POSS)和丁二烯(Bd)为聚合单体,正丁基锂(n-BuLl)为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,乙基四氢糠基醚(ETE)为调节剂,采用负离子引发聚合法成功地制备了聚丁二烯(PB)/POSS纳米杂化材料,系统地研究了聚合反应条件、调节剂和POSS加入量等因素对共聚合反应和杂化材料微观结构的影响.结果表明,POSS的引入明显降低了共聚合反应速率和共聚物的分子质量,分子质量分布也有所加宽;改变反应条件对共聚合反应影响有限,但加入调节剂可明显提高共聚合反应速率;POSS的引入明显增加了PB中的1,2结构含量,并显示出与调节剂在调节结构方面的良好协同作用.
To adjust structures and improve properties of rubber, polybutadiene(PB)/allyllsobutyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane(POSS) nanohybrids were successfully synthesized by an- ionic polymerization with n - BuLl as a initiator, cyclohexane as a solvent, tetrahydrofufuryethylether (ETE) as a polar modifier. The effects of reaction conditions, content of polar modifies ErIE and POSS on the copolymerization of butadiene/POSS and microstructure of the nanohybrids were investigated. Results show that the addition of POSS obviously decreases the copolymerization rate and molecular weight, meanwhile, the molecular weight distribution (MWD) increases. The reaction conditions have limited effects on the copolymerization. However, the incorporation of POSS significantly increases the copolymerization speed and the 1,2- structure contents in PB and POSS, which show good cooperation with polar modifier ETE on adjusting structure of PB.
