Helina is one of the largest genera of Muscidae,so far Helina with 666 species,occur in all zoogeographic regions of the world.In recent years,by investigating into the species-group and classes-group of Helina,we have discovered some new junior synonyms.In known 226 species from China,there are six new junior synonyms of Helina are erected,i.e.H.xiaoxinganna Xue,2001 syn.n.for H.huae Xue,2001;H.maoxianica Feng,2008 syn.n.for H.subdibrachiata Xue,Feng Tong,2008;H.postiflexa Xue,Feng Tong,2008 syn.n.for H.erlangshanna Feng,2007;H.tuanbaoshanica Feng,2007 syn.n.for H.bibreviplumosa Xue Feng,1988;H.xingkaihuica Feng Ye,2007 and H.cuonaica Feng Xu,2008 syn.n.for H.deleta（Stein,1914）.
