码元速率估计是通信信号分析环节中的一项关键技术,小波变换的奇异性检测能力使得它成为码元速率估计的有力工具。分析了HWT(Haar wavelet transform)估计码元速率的原理,在此基础上给出了仿真结果。由于实际通信系统一般采用成型滤波器,而且容易受到时变多径衰落信道的影响,这种复杂情况下很难得到对信号进行HWT之后的解析表达式,针对这一难点,采用计算机蒙特卡洛仿真的方法分析了HWT算法的性能,得出了一系列具有较高工程实用价值的结论。
Symbol rate estimation is a critical technology of communication signal analysis. The singularity detection ability of wavelet transform makes it a useful tool for symbol rate estimation. Principle of the estimation algorithm based on HWT (Haar wavelet transform) is firstly analyzed and simulation result is provided. As practical communication systems usually employ shaping filters and suffer from time-varying multi-path fading, the analytical form of HWT result is very difficult to derive.Computer Monte-carlo simulation is performed on this complicated case and a series of much valuable conclusions are drawn.
