采用生长速率法对巴东醉鱼草乙醇提取物和石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇3种溶剂萃取相的抑菌活性进行测试。结果表明:质量浓度为10g/L(干样)的巴东醉鱼草乙醇提取物对供试的24种植物病原真菌均表现出一定抑制作用,其中对油菜菌核病菌、番茄灰霉病菌、玉米小斑病菌和水稻稻瘟病菌的菌丝生长抑制率均超过80%;3种溶剂萃取相对上述4种病原菌菌丝生长也具有一定的抑制作用,乙酸乙酯萃取相活性最强,在质量浓度5g/L(干样)下,对4种病原真菌的抑制率在75%以上,对油菜菌核病菌的作用最强(89.14%);质量浓度为1g/L时,对油菜菌核的作用为71.37%,对以上4种病原真菌的EC50分别为0.492、0.534、0.531和0.938g/L。据此,可推测巴东醉鱼草提取物的抑菌活性成分主要集中在中等极性部位。
The inhibitory effects of Buddleja albiflora Hemsl.against pathogens were evaluated by the method of mycelial growth rate.The extract of B.albiflora Hemsl.showed moderate antifungal activities against 24 pathogenic fungi,among which,higher activities were shown against Bipolaria maydis,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary,Botrytis cirerea Pers Fr.and Pyricularia oryzae Cav.,up to 80% under the mass concentration of 10g/L(dried sample).The petroleum extract,ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract were then obtained successively.The ethyl acetate extract showed the highest inhibition against the four kinds of selected fungi,up to 75%,among which,89.14%inhibitory rate against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary under the mass concentration of 5g/L,and 71.37%,1g/L.Further research derived the EC50 values of 0.492,0.534,0.531and0.938g/L against the four kinds of selected fungi.It is suggested that the antifungal actives may be the medium polarity compositions in B.albiflora Hemsl.extracts.
