基于性能抗震设计可使所设计的结构能将各种可能遇到的地震作用下的反应和损伤状态控制在设计预期要求的范围内.将基于性能抗震设计的理论引入抗震鉴定工作中,提出基于性能的抗震鉴定方法,选取结构的层间位移角和塑性铰转角作为评估指标,制定结构的性能目标.对一框架校舍采用弹塑性时程分析方法,进行抗震鉴定.结果表明,相比两级鉴定方法,该方法可以更全面反映结构在地震中的性能表现,全面评价结构的抗震性能,其鉴定结果更接近真实情况.
Performance-based aseismic design can make the response and damage state of structures controlled within the scope of the designed expectations in any possibly encountered seismic actions.This paper put the performance-based aseismic design theory into the aseismic appraisal practice and proposed the methods of performance-based aseismic appraisal.Taking the inter-story displacement angle and plastic hinge rotation as evaluation index to determine the performance objectives,a seismic assessment was conducted in the framework of a schoolhouse with elasto-plastic time-history analysis method which,compared to the two-step method,fully reflected the performance of the structure in the earthquake,and made more comprehensive evaluation of it.The appraisal result was then closer to the real situation.
