为进一步提高数控系统的加工精度和速度,对CAD/CAM、数控系统、伺服系统及机械系统之间的内在关系进行深入研究,提出了一种轨迹控制中NC指令解释的设计准则。该设计准则首先对复杂曲线控制指令生成进行分析,在此基础上对插补原理进行研究,提出基于加速度控制信息的圆弧直接插补方法,给出NC指令解释前馈控制原理,并提出同周期控制方法,最后给出数控系统实现高速高精度控制指令解释处理最优设计准则,为后续对NC指令解释的深入研究提供有力的理论基础。
In order to improve the machining precision and speed further, the relationship between the servo system and mechanical system, CAD/CAM, CNC system are studied in depth. Based on the analysis of the control command generation of the complex curve, the interpolation principle is presented. The interpolation method of the circular approach to the trajectory curve based on the acceleration instruction is presented. The instruction interpretation of feed forward control principle is given. The same cycle control method is analyzed. Finally, the optimal design criterions of NC instruction interpretation are put forward. The design criterions will be beneficial to the further study of NC instruction interpretation.
