英文摘要：
This paper proposes an AP-controlled load balance algorithm based on the STA number, RSSI, and the channel busy ratio to allocate the AP＇s load. By adopting the idea of associate algorithm, the target of handoff AP can judge whether accept the distribute STA. The algorithm can judge the current AP＇s load correctly, distribute the STAs which associate with overload AP rationally, and improve the system throughput effectively.
