以Nb2O5、NaOH、KOH和异丙醇(C3H8O)为原料,采用水热法合成K0.5Na0.55NbO33粉体,研究了C3HRO、Ta、Sb及Sb-Ta共掺杂掺杂对K0.5Na0.55NbO3粉体的物相、形貌及粒径大小的影响。结果表明:Sb、Ta掺杂使粉体物相由正交相转变到四方相结构;加入C3H8O及Ta掺杂粉体呈立方形貌趋势,Sb及Sb-Ta掺杂粉体具有连生态八面体形貌;C3H8O的加入使得粉体粒径减小,掺杂后粉体粒径大小的关系为:K05Na05Nb(-1yySbyO3〉K05Na05Nb1x-yTaxSbyO3〉K05Na(1-x)TbxO3。
Using Nb2O5, NaOH, KOH and C3H8O as raw materials,K0.5Na0.55NbO3 powders were hydrothermal synthesized. The influence of C3H8O, Ta, Sb and Sb-Ta doping on the phase, morphology and particle size of the powders were studied. The results show that Sb, Ta and Sb-Ta doping makes the powder from the orthorhombic phase to tetragonal zirconia; C3H8O adding and Ta doping makes the powder show cubic morphology; Sb and Sb-Ta doping makes the powder show continuous octahedral morphology. C3H8O adding makes the partical size decrease. The relationship of doped powders is as follow: K05Na05Nb(-1yySbyO3〉K05Na05Nb1x-yTaxSbyO3〉K05Na(1-x)TbxO3.
