超高强度钢材焊接截面残余应力分布研究

超高强度钢材(屈服强度≥460MPa)已经在多个钢结构实际工程中得到应用,但关于其构件截面残余应力以及轴心受压整体稳定性的研究还很少。该文总结了国外已有的超高强度钢材焊接截面残余应力的试验测量结果,针对工字形、箱形和十字形三种焊接截面,分析了截面残余压应力与板件宽厚比的关系,并提出了这三种焊接截面超高强度钢材构件残余应力的分布模型和具体计算公式,为研究超高强度钢材受压构件的整体和局部稳定受力特性提供了前提条件。

英文摘要:

Ultra-high strength steels with nominal yield strength more than 460 MPa have begun to be applied to the construction of many steel structures, but there is short of sound research on the residual stress distributions and the buckling behavior of ultra-high-strength-steel welded section columns. Many available test results of residual stresses of abroad ultra-high-strength-steel welded sections including I shaped, box-like and cruciform sections, have been thusly reviewed, analyzed and compared. The relationship between the steel plate slenderness and the residual compressive stress of steel welded sections has been studied. And the residual stress distribution models and the calculation formulae for the welded sections of ultra-high-strength-steel members have been proposed, which makes it possible to further analyze the overall and local buckling behavior of columns composed by such steel sections.
