In addition, Ntch pathway is often aberrant in some brain tumors such as tumor ghoma, medulloblastoma, neuroblastoma and meningioma, Notch pathway is involved in tumorigenesis and development of these tumors. Modulation of Notch signaling may be therapeutically useful in these malignant tumors.
